Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before taking the services. In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their services and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Refund Policy

We will refund the money in case we fail to provide services to our customer from our end while post our internal investigation. Applicants need to apply for the same via email at info@consumercomplaintindia.com. We will not initiate the refund to the user once it is earned by the company, as the time and energy that gets invested by our manpower for their work is not returnable. So all the processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees and cost of resources for the work done will be deducted. Further want can not return the money which is paid to government bodies such as filing fees or taxes or to other any parties with a role in processing your order as before we take our fees from any of our client at the very first our representative will be informing about all our services and what we will doing for their order.
