Nobody can give a 100% guarantee that the filed complaint will be resolved as it depends on the company but we try our best to resolve the matter. In maximum cases, we have resolved consumer complaints but, in few cases, we cannot provide a guarantee to the consumer. Most of the companies try to resolve the problems. But if the company does not look into the case then we will give you the draft prepared of the complaint so that you can approach the nearest consumer forum for filing the consumer complaint.

You affirm that you are more than 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties outlined in these Terms and Conditions. If you are under 18, you may use www.consumercomplaintindia.com only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

GUIDELINES FOR USERS

The www.consumercomplaintindia.com users are granted limited access, nonexclusive, and use the service by the rules that are mentioned in this Terms of contract. Consumer Complaint India reserves the right to deny access to any users who violate rules described here, subject to complaints by other Consumer Complaint India users or for any other reason.

• Interfere with or disrupting the service or servers or networks connected to the service by posting advertisements or links to competing services, transmitting "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass distribution of e-mail.
• Violate the rights of another, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of another.

FEES, COST, CHARGES & REIMBURSEMENT, AND THEIR PAYMENT

• Consumer Complaint India shall be entitled to receive Consultancy or Legal fees with service tax or any other charges applicable as per the selected plan by you upon registering an online consumer complaint.
• Fee/charges paid by you shall not be refunded by Consumer Complaint India although no dispute has been resolved by Consumer Complaint India.

TERMINATION AND ITS CONSEQUENCES

• If the consumer has filed a wrong or false complaint or has omitted or misrepresented the facts, then this agreement will stand terminated as if such complaint never registered.
• In case, termination notice is filed by users after filing the complaint, Consumer Complaint India will not be liable to refund any paid fee by the user
• Before 2 days of termination you shall be liable to pay all the pending dues.

This Site is not intended to create an attorney-client relationship, and your use of www.consumercomplaintindia.com does not and will not create an attorney-client relationship between you and www.consumercomplaintindia.com.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellation of an order is not possible once the payment has been made. No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation or non-performance of service by Consumer Complaint India. For further information, refer to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
